long slow strokes, lean forward at the waist and put it in fully

grab the shaft with both hands, one at the top and the other a third the way down the shaft and draw if back in a consistent motion gently arching your back all the way through the stroke roatating at the hips and when you get to the end of the stroke turn the shaft (top thumb downwards) and give it a little push away, then whip it out and repeat.
