we got stung by holidayextras at stansted as we parked in the long term carpark and got back and the f**kers had cancelled the shuttle buses due to staff shortages so i had to f**king tab it to the carpark and then drive back to pick up the frau. they took 10% off the bill eventually. after hours on the phone. complete bastards trick.
