The answer to penalty encroachment

Do what the wide receivers do in the Canadian version of NFL. They have a big old run-up, timed to hit the line of scrimmage just as the ball is snapped to the QB. If we get Aarons and Pucci to start their runs from about 28m, just as penalty taker starts his run, they would hit the box at full speed 0.1 seconds after he hits the ball. Un-defendable !! Thoughts?
