Wrath Advice Sought

Have taken up the Amazon Video 30 day trial (so I can watch the game on Wednesday) but when I run it I get the error message that my browser needs updating....when I go on the Microsoft site and "chat" with the robot it says my Microsoft Edge is fully up to date.

Try another browser was my first thought but Norton threw a right paddy when I tried Crome..basically told me (in large red warning signs and klaxon) it would f**k right off if I tried that again.

Any ideas? Used to use Firefox on last 'puter but as this new Dell one came all set-up I haven't changed anything.

And yes I is well old grandad innit
