you have no seconds to decide what to do , what do you do

1 ask him how his day is going and what upset him today or

2 protect the members of the public

yes its a tragedy what happened but we pay the police to protect us and we ask them to make theses decisions next time it might be the centre of Norwich next time it might be your family
