doesn't mean at the ages of 16, 17 and 18 in order to try and improve our academy side because that seems to be the primary policy. At the moment it does not seem to me that we are "producing" many of these youngsters who look like breaking into the first team ourselves, more like pinching them from others and then "fine tuning" them which is fine (ultimately if they are good players it doesn't really matter too much) but I hope in the next few years we can start to see one or two more come though who have been with us from a young age as well, even a few more local kids.
Aarons, Lewis, Cantwell and Godfrey of course were all brought in by the previous regime and/or already there when Webber and Weaver started.
