I understand it but I do not accept that

"the aim of becoming established as one of the country's top 26 clubs in the long term" is really ambitious enough target.

It is ultimately an admittance that under the current owners we will never be able to strive for anything better than yo-yoing between the top two divisions. It may be "realistic" but it lacks ambition.

Others disagree. That's fine.
