Enjoyed the AGM, questions a bit meh generally. Nice about adopting Carrow Rd

The purchase of 2 parcels of land (between Koblez Ave and CR + behind Barclay) means we own the land either side of whole of Carrow Rd.

The road can then be adopted by means of a Stopping Up order and it is no longer classified as a highway.

Biggest benefit... we can develop the space above the road, like for an overhang of an upper stand.

Good business.

I'm now walking Fenton in the middle of f**king nowhere... somewhere near Hingham and Cranworth...in the badlands south of Dereham. I've seen some owls!
