Horribly Horribly difficult one this, but could anyone genuinely think....

Duckinfield had any real idea of the consequences of opening the gate. No one knowingly puts people at the very real risk of death. To find him guilty you would have had to draw that conclusion. He was just way way out of his depth. Right decision I would say but clearly it won't satisfy the Justice for the 96 Group and I fully understand that.
