I'm struggling a bit to understand the claims that these women have had money stolen off them by the state hence the moral obligation to compensate them all.
Surely the upshot of the accelerated programme was that some women who thought they were going to be able to retire found themselves having to work for a couple more years as they were not entitled to their pensions as soon as they thought would be the case? Is that a correct understanding of the situation or is it more complicated than that?
