Well it all depends what mood you’re in

You can shuck them, leave them in the half shell, add a little cream and Parmesan and grill

Or you can take them right out if the shell, masses of them, and arrange in a dish with pretty much anything (bacon, garlic, chilli, tarragon, cream ...) and whack them into a SERIOUSLY hot oven

Or dip them in tempura batter
