I do like an oyster, but I much prefer them raw with a bit of lemon juice

sadly it's very hard to get good ones here, but I'm off on hols friday and I hear there are some good oyster bars where I'm going.

If all goes well, I'll be gobbling them down by the dozen with a bottle of something nice
