Don’t be a hater man

Oysters are always yummy and there are always some knocking around at Christmas because they go so well with fizz. So it’s a natural extension to bake a few with a smidge of cream and Parmesan and white wine, and stick them on the table. Wonderful!! (Meat and oysters go very well together. Have you ever had steak and kidney pudding with oysters in? Fabbo.)
