Dear oh dear they are idiots aren;t they why not just say 31,000 extra nurses and seek to

retain 19,000 who might otherwise have left.

Or 50,000 more nurses than the NHS was projected to have through a combination of improved retention and new recruitment.

Its not hard is it.
