i assumed that was directed at the ref

for not giving a free kick for the cantwell challenge which was a great tackle btw. there might be some history with everton and the ref, he also got booed heavily when his name was read out at the beginning, or has it been so long since i went to a footy match they do that on every ground whoever the ref is? :)
