NI has a different register to Great Britain so you'd need to be on the NI register if you want to contest elections there (and vice versa).

Another one of those NI v rUK quirks, like abortion laws, that the DUP are happy to not care about but woe betide any suggestion that NI can be treated differently on other matters.

also on a technicality, I don't think SNP or PC have indicated that they will contest elections in England. I cba to check if that precludes them from putting a candidate up here, or if they'd just need to update the register.
