well now, thing is that don't ring true according to my breakfast briefing

what plopped on the doormat from norfolk county council (their version of Pravda "Reference A") who jauntily proclaim in their survey that 88% (*81%) of people are happy living in norfolk compared to 86% in the last survey in 2014 and 75% (*61%) of people in norfolk are happy with the way NCC run things compared to 42% back in 2014

*figures in brackets ^^ (brackets) are the national average

so this appears to demonstrate that the council has markedly improved it's performance with less cash is what i deducerised. not saying it's right i'm just making the observation. questioning the logic. shooting the starfish. smashing in the cranium of the pointy head with a heavy based cast iron skillet.
