All over Europe, countries are governed by coalitions

only in this country is it seen as a problem.

It clearly leads to more sensible, consensus politics.

There's no way should *any* party, Tory or Labour, ever have total control over a country on a minority of the vote. But it happens every time.

How people can't see this is beyond me.
