Did anyone see the article in the Times from the Stat Watch group?
Basically, what they said was based on results from November 2000 (basically from when Worthington started his reign as manager at Norwich) and a lot of number crunching, we are the only team in the football league who over perform when we are expected to win, and spectaularly under perform when we are expected to lose. In fact, they go on to say we are the only team in the football league which this fact turned out to be statistically significant.
Make of that what you will. But maybe it says something about our attitude when we go into games facing good teams - i.e we roll over and die.
