But then i have never been protesting and calling for Worthy to go purely as a result of bad results.
To be honest i have been concerned at the amount of hysteria and superlatives being banded around following a game in which we were very average for 45 minutes, admittedly played well for 35 minutes in the second half but in which we only managed a point against a very average (although solid) looking Leeds team.
The fact is people get worn down. You can only bang your head against a brick wall so many times. When the board and owners have shown such a stubborn refusal to change their mind then what more can you do? At the end of the day i don't think anyone has enjoyed the atmosphere at recent games, we only have a few decent games left this season and saturday could be one of them. I think people just want to try and salvage some enjoyment from this crappy season.
