FAO Partial Angler RE: SMS service

I looked into this a long while back for an *ahem* business venture.

Anyhoo, the short of it is that you need to go through an intermediary company such as MXtelecom (who deal with people such as 82ASK) who will give you the short SMS code, and set you up on the networks. To cover all networks costs about a grand a month. You can set the SMS costs, and then they will take a percentage.
