Employ every great player as a coach. Unless there’s a vacancy....

He’s one of my all time favourite players but he isn’t good enough anymore. And playing a few mins as sub here and there at his age won’t keep him sharp enough to be useful.

He didn’t really cut it at West Brom and the prem is faster and more physical. I can’t see him playing before Buendia cantwell stieperman Hernandez leitner vrancic McClean or even Rhodes or srbeny and that’s before we potentially buy anyone.....
