Of course I'm not happy with the last two seasons - last season was poor but just about acceptable. This season has been a great disappointment. However, I don't believe that changing the manager now will achieve much at all. He has nearly completed rebuilding a team and should be given the summer to complete this by signing some decent right sided players.

If it is still clearly not working 10/12 games into the new season - then he should be replaced. The lack of obvious candidates to replace him is also of concern.
