Which manifests itself in the ultra defensive approach/tactics. When you basically don't try and win away from home ever then you place such huge pressure on your home games.

He also struck me as very much a coaching by numbers man., Can set a team up well to start a game and I rarely disagree with his selections (except when leaving Wes out) but he could not change a game during the course of the 90 minutes at all. Not sure he has much "in game awareness/intelligence" but obviously an incredibly hard worker who knows the coaching manual back to front.
