Would you say worthy is a good manager that has just lost respect...

from his players and many fans and therefore needs to go - similar to George Burley.

Or would you say that he is just a poor manager who is tactically inept.

I would accept worthy leaving on the first point - that he has maybe lost his authority but I'm not so sure of the second. I somewhat doubt the Worthy tells his players to hoof the ball for example - it's more a case of not playing good football when your down.
