Packs of elderly people wandering around the supermarket, all with the biggest trolly available, but each only containing a tin of cat food and some plain biscuits, who all gather, en masse, for a convention in the middle of the aisle, thus blocking it up with themselves and the trollys and looking daggers at you as you dare, you DARE to squeeze past them...
