The 'normal' process is for talented kids to be broken-in, via Loans or Sub appearances and cup games. Both Aarons & Lewis were thrown straight into the 1st Team direct from U23 footy.

And if Lewis & Aarons were as ready as they turned out to be I wonder why we recruited Husband & Passlack.
