Second fix is plumbing and electrical work finished. So prob decoration, floor and wall tiling carpets etc. Mine took 6-8 weeks but was doing most and paying contractors myself so a builder could theoretically do it in a month. The problem will be the trades will have other work to fit in cause most will be subbies so don't let the builder bulls**t you. External works will prob need doing but if in a hurry can be completed once you are in.If poss do a snagging walk round with the builder just before moving in to try and find any faults. And you will get cracks n bits n pieces after a few months but this is normal - I usually sort mine after a year. Hope this helps!
