I think they only increase the number of places if the team is outside the top 4

Not 100% sure but seem to remember hearing that somewhere. I.e. Arsenal would get a 5th spot but Liverpool winning wouldn’t alter anything. I don’t think the Europa league spots rollover either but again I’m not totes sure.
