A new manager might not turn thing round but I can't see Worthy doing it either...

Worthy has looked completely out of ideas this season. The worry is that he doesn't appear to be doing anything differently to when we were winning.

This dogged determination to carry on regardless doesn?t inspire any faith in his ability to improve results.

My biggest worry is the huge sums of money spent on incredibly average players and the signing of Earnshaw in a team that hoofs the ball. Earnshaw is a great striker that will always score goals but not when used with our style of play.

Worthy should be signing players that complement each others abilities but so far he appears to be using the scatter gun approach without any thought for how he might fit everyone together.
