Obvs want to see us bring in some talent, but...

I also hope they don't make huge changes to the team; I can't help wonder if in the past we've made so many changes to the point that the supposed increase in talent doesn't make up for the disruption it causes to the team as a whole. Not an easy balance to strike and hopefully Webber et al get it right.
