I work with a narcissist

I don't ignore him, but I don't try and talk to him either. I find that makes better for me because he makes an effort for my attention.

I did this because I read up on narcissism and it said they hate not having attention, it's what they're driven by.

Before when I was chatty, and he was dismissive of anything I said (accused me of making things up), or would loudly embarrass me.

Worked for me cos I realise how his insecurity, and I also learnt to get control of the situation without conflict
