Stability

?A degree of stability has been achieved at Norwich by a lot of hidden and unheralded work - we now need your help to maintain that stability.?

Since Nigel Worthington became manager the following players have left the club:
Abbey, Coote, Dalglish, De Waard, Derveld, Forbes, Holt, Giallanza, Jackson, Kenton, Llewellyn, Mackay, Marshall, Marshall, McGovern, Mulryne, Nedergaard, Peschisolido, Roberts, Russell, Sutch, Walsh, De Blaasis, Benjamin, Crichton, Easton, Emblen, Hayes, Libbra, Nielsen, Rivers, Roberts (another one!), Briggs, Bromby, Healy, Heckingbottom, Sinclair, Southall, Brennan, Cooper, Crouch, Edworthy, Francis, Hammond, Harper, Svennson, Ashton, Bentley, Crow, Helveg, Jonson, Stuart, Davenport, Marney and Wright. That?s in excess of 50 players in just over 5 years. Getting on for a whole XI departing every year.

That?s around 50 in just over 5 years. Again, virtually a whole XI arriving every year.

Over those 50 or so signings in 5 years over 30 have come AND gone.

Take the case of Ryan Jarvis ? when he first broke into the side he was regarded as one of the brightest forward prospects in England. He has not progressed at all ? but then what chance did he have ? since we first played him we have signed Crouch, Hammond, Huckerby, McKenzie, Svennson, Ashton, Bentley, Jonson, Earnshaw, Johannson, Lisbie and Thorne. That?s 12 forwards who have jumped ahead of Ryan in the pecking order. When do you think he will get the message?

As I have asked so many, many times before ?if the club believes in stability why do we continue to employ a manager who clearly does not?? Why don?t you explain that Delia and Michael?
