She has selectively used statisitcs and factsto "prove" herself right. eg West Ham not sacking Pardew - but what about liverpool sacking houllier? or newcastle sacking souness? The opposite may just as well be true, you can't just have a principle of continuity unless you are doing the right thing! Otherwise you just reinforce errors.
Then she looks at worthy's record. Lets put that in context - lets look at the money worthy has spent - he's mediocre versus other managers if that is put into the equation.
This is not rational. Holding through bad periods is correct, but only when the fundamentals are in place. at the minute, they are clearly not.
