BJ Has Hardly Set The Footballing World On Fire @ Derby

He had a wonderful promotion winning season with us. It stood out from all his previous ones. As it also has the four he's played in since.

Derby made a silly offer and we took it. If someone offers £20 million for Max this summer, we'd likely think very long and hard about it. Though he might end up signing for a bigger club then ending up being sent to a Notts Forest or Bristol City for a seasons loan.

He might be worth £40 million in a years time. Which is why clubs may opt to bid now. And, more tellingly, why we'd be wise to repel any £20 mill or so offers this summer.
