Clearly you come out way ahead with getting the 25% bonus now plus the 5% (and 3% bonus) for this year and now you have the ability to re-invest the principle AND bonus for the next X years. Even at a lower rate of interest such as a bond or CD you come out way ahead. (you essentially start with a 30% bigger principle)

As I stated yesterday its just bizarre that some people don't get this or even understand compound interest.

If you don't understand basic math or actually read the terms and conditions, you should not invest in anything.
