I was told during the summer of 2013 by this person that world leaders expected a new political movement in about 20 years time. Lots of stuff in the media at the moment about having 12 years to save the planet so what I was told and posted is very close to that.

I have just found a draft message from then that says

"This could arise because of climate change coinciding with a global economic crisis and the increasing public dissatisfaction with the current political system."
