Not sure why you seem so shocked by the wage bill

For a team that has been in the Prem 6 or 7 straight years (and that is last season's wage bill when they were still in the Prem) it seems pretty low to me. In fact it was the 5th lowest in the division (as a comparison, Bournemouth's was £102m)
