It's seasons like this when they really mean a lot to me

because we've been scrapping with those teams for top spots all term, so we've followed the more closely than usual. I get much more from following playoffs in seasons like this than from, say, Champions League football which is interesting insofar as it's impressive levels of footballing skill (sometimes) and/or s**thousery (always), but doesn't really mean anything to me. The playoff teams will all be teams we have recent history with.

And the Baggies are going to win them (I'll have doomed them by predicting this of course - Villa can thank me later)
