Fair enough doc. What's the worst that can happen medically to someone who is used to

wearing cosy coats who then has a bucket of cold water chucked over them while wearing a (rather cool, it has to be said) thin black sweater and t shirt combination? (Bearing in mind both Dubs and I agreed it there was a rather autumnal feel to the weather)
