I know what it is...I know why I feel a tad disinterested it's because reality is about
to bite and we're about to play in the Premier League which I try to avoid watching like the plague. I go to the football to watch City not the opposition (no matter who they are). I love the Championship, I love the fans, I love the excitement and the fact we start a season with the hope we could achieve something amazing. Finishing 17th is not amazing, watching Mo Salah or Raheem Sterling doesn't get me excited, watching Mo Leitner or Max Aarons gets me excited. I'll hate being surrounded by plastics and so-called big 6 fans who haven't even visited the Cities let alone the stadiums of the clubs they claim to support. Modern Football is Rubbish. Sorry to bring a downer to what should and will be a fantastic day.
