FIFA rules are that a default counts as a 3-0 win - EFL rules don't contradict that

It won't affect any other teams (other than those playing). Their season's results won't be expunged. They're already down so points deduction seems pointless, and they've no money so a fine seems pointless too, but that's EFL's problem not mine :)
