He's got quite good at PR. He's not got any better at managing football.

Perfect storm with us, nothing much afterwards. I don't think he's a c**t. I also don't think he's very good. Some undefinable combination made lightning strike with him and us but that's gone, we're much better off now (imho) and he's just got relegated. Again.
