Actually think he’s a good coach and a terrible manager

But if he has a squad that’s expected to win he can be a good manager.

With Brighton in champs he was a good manager but when they went up the negativity starts. As soon as he thinks the games might be difficult he sets up his 10-0-0 formation and hopes to stay up with 38 draws....once they go 1-0 down he takes off his more attacking defenders and puts on more defensive ones to try and defend the score.....and then talks the teams confidence down at every press confidence by saying how much better the opposition are whoever they are...
