This one shows the reason Norwich often play backwards and across the lines rather than forward, essentially opening up the pitch to create more space to find the overload

This one shows a variety of attacks, some very similar to the way Norwich players especially Steipermann and Buendia move out of their area to form little overloads. An overload is where you get say 4 attackers against 3 defenders possibly down one side.
