Agree, I have no idea how this happened. Was most certainly nothing to do with me.

My friend went through a major life change a couple of years ago, and since then has very much operated on a Carpe Diem kind of model. Dabbles in all kinds of things, goes to all kinds of stuff. Festivals, gigs, travel, parties - he's up for anything. Experiencing more of life.

Not sure I particularly want to experience that though. (I should say - the theatre is very local to us. Not that that makes much difference.)
