Agreed Gel

Need to start thinking about creating capacity and generating future support as or supporter base ages. Get them in young and get them hooked. Can't be an I'm alright Jack situation. Kids for quid days were great for encouraging youngsters but there's not the capacity to do that again now for the next generation. Yes there are spare seats now and there's an argument but not enough for that type of campaign. Yes to some extent they'd be supporting us because we were in the premier league but I'd rather youngsters watch Norwich in the premier league and get the bug for city rather than support man city etc.
