Just opened my postal vote letter and I'm confused.

I can't see Councillor Pukki on my ballot paper.

I showed my non footy and non political minded mate the pic dubs linked the other day and he didn't get it till I explained it to him. He then said it shouldn't be allowed and there must be an ism which he felt he was a victim of (for being ignorant) as he wouldn't have a clue if Pukki was or wasn't a Councillor and could go to vote for him only to find he isn't on the ballot. #fakenews #riggedelections #Russians etc
