I thought I'd get away with keyhole.

But somehow some of the top layer of bone on right knee has crumbled. So he went in properly and cleaned it then drilled some holes into knee and said hopefully the marrow will seep through and form a new layer. If in three months time it doesn't work I need a half knee replacement - by God I hope it works.
