The problem is that Corbyn has not wanted to be seen to

push too hard for a second referendum for fear of being branded the TRAITOR who stopped Brexit. That's what the Tories will do.

They'll try to blame him whichever side of the fence he comes down on, which is why he's been sitting right on top of it.
